  Worst service ever! Not only did the guy get my order wrong, he gave me an attitude and poorly wrapped my pizza. Young, SLOW AND RUDE! I'll take the drive somewhere else unless they get some efficient employees!

  The service was FAST and the pizzas were delicious. They had prepared 2 large and one extra large pizza for us in about 20 mins. The pizzas were cheesy and loaded with toppings. We ordered the thin crust which (as the instructions promised) baked within a matter of 18 mins. I'm definitely going here again.

  We have had problems with this outlet in the past but last night was the last straw. We ordered 3 pizzas all on delight crust. We got 3 pizzas on thick crust and they weren't even what we ordered!!! We got half pineapple half cheese instead of Cowboy, Combo(?) instead of all meat and thick crust cheese instead of delight. We took them home ( 20 miles away) before we realized they were incorrect. I called the store today to report the error and they had the nerve to ask us to bring them back!!! It is the store's policy not to make good if you are unable to return the pizza. Also, they won't honor most coupons. It's really a shame because Papa Murphy's pizza is our favorite, but I will not be returning to this store.

  I just went and ordered 2 pizza's at their Fremont St. Location. I haven't been there in almost a year since we moved to Carmel Valley. There was some confusion about using my phone app to be allowed to use the coupons, I try to save paper whenever I can. The cashier Paige was very pleasant and asked a young man in the back I think his name was Niko and he came out and said the phone app was fine to use. They are very friendly and a young staff, some still in training. I would recommend Papa Murphy's
